There are two ways to update the BWL Knowledge Base Manager WordPress plugin to the latest version.
Download The Plugin’s Latest Version
Step 1: Log in to your codecanyon account and go to the downloads tab.
Step 2: You will get the BWL knowledge base manager plugin in the list of purchased items.
Step 3: Click the Download button to give you a few options. Next, click on the “Installable WordPress file only” from that list to download the plugin zip file.
Now, you can choose the following method to update the plugin.
Method 01: Using FTP
Step 1: Unzip the file.
Step 2: Log in to the FTP server and go to the wp-content/plugins folder.
Step 3: Replace all the files and folders inside the “bwl-kb-manager” folder. The plugin will be updated to its latest version.
Method 02: Using WP Admin Plugins Page
You can also use the following method to update the plugin.
Step 1: Go to your WordPress admin panel>Plugins section.
Step 2: Deactivate and Delete the BWL knowledge base manager plugin.
Step 3: Upload (zip file) the latest version of the plugin and activate the plugin. The plugin will be updated to its latest version.
Note: You will not lose your KB posts, categories, tags, or settings on updating to the new version. If you have already translated the plugin, you can take a backup of language files before continuing the update process.
