How to Attach files with Knowledge base Post?

The BWL Knowledgebase Manager plugin allows you to add unlimited number of attachments with each KB post. You can also sort attachments using drag and drop feature.Here goes the steps to add attachments.

Step 01: Go to any knowledge base post Add/Edit mode and bottom of the page you will get the KB File Attachment Settings meta box. Click on the Add New File button and a new row will appear (Check step 02) to upload a file.

Step 02: Next, click on the Upload Button to upload new file.

Step 03: Click Upload Files Tab. Then click ‘Select Files‘ button to upload new files.

Step 04: Select newly uploaded file. Finally, click select button to include attachment.

Step 05: Now, new file/files has been included successfully. Finally, click on the save/update button of the KB post.

Step 06: Click Delete button to remove attachment. Now save/update KB post.

Step 07:  You can also drag and drop File rows to sort attachment files.  To save the new changes, click on the Update/Save button.
