The BWL Knowledgebase Manager WordPress plugin allows adding comments for its posts. Please note that using this comment option depends on the currently activated theme, and that theme must support the WordPress Comment template function. Otherwise, it may not work appropriately. Please find detailed instructions in the following video tutorial.
Please check the following steps to enable comments for the knowledgebase posts.
Step 1-Navigate to the Option Panel
First, log in to your WordPress admin dashboard. Go to the plugin Option Panel >>Knowledge Base Page tab from the left navigation menu.
Step 2-Go to the Knowledge Base Page tab
Next, navigate to the plugin Knowledge Base Page tab from the options panel menu. From the top of that section, you will get "Enable Comment?" option.
Step 3-Turn on Enable Comment option
Finally, turn the option ON to allow submission comments for the KB post, and click the Save Changes button.
