You can add custom CSS to a theme using the following two methods.

Using WordPress Customize:

If you want to apply additional custom CSS code for the entire site, use this method.

Step 01: Go to the WordPress admin panel.

Step 02: Navigate to Appearance>>Customize page.

Step 03: Next, bottom of that will get Additional CSS menu. Click on that menu link and it will allows to insert custom CSS code.

Step 04: Add the Codes and click the Published button.

Using WPBakery Page Builder:

If you want to apply additional custom CSS code only for a page,, use this method.

Step 01: Go to the WordPress admin panel.

Step 02: Navigate to Pages>>All Pages.

Step 03: Go to any page Edit Mode.

Step 04: Next, click on Page settings button and it will open a custom CSS insertion panel.

Step 05: Finally, add the custom CSS code and click the Save Changes button.
